Everyone I dealt with here was pleasant and professional. The timelines quoted for processing/install were spot on. Installers were also top notch (Justin P & Andrew). Very happy with my choice to use this company.

Lousy Customer service, no respect for Home Depot Customers. Lousy product. Damaged my appliances when putting in countertop. 9 weeks no water in my kitchen. Disrespectful supervisors yet very nice workers except one installer who put in a botched countertop that took 4 mos to replace. Go elsewhere you will be sorry if you go here. It is more expensive here than many places I found out after all I went thru
Stoneworks is extremely professional and well versed regarding their business. They are courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Mr Robert N and Paul installed 2 countertops today and were professional and knowledgeable about the project. Each time I was kept abreast if tile had to be removed to give a better fit and look. I am so pleased with the work and the countertops are beautiful. I would recommend Stoneworks of Largo to everyone in the market for countertops and installation.
Cutting Edge Granite was phenomenal from beginning to end. Jenna, Kitty, Wendy and of course Colby S installer went above and beyond to accommodate me. They did an excellent 5 star job.
Clay and his assistant did a great job on our countertop. They were prompt, friendly, did their job without any problems and stuck with it till the job was finished. they were neat, cleaned up after themselves and left the room as they found it...............very very satisfied with their performance and the company.
Although the work is not yet completed, I am very pleased with the product and the quality and professionalism of the installers so far. When a problem with the product was discovered during installation, the installers pointed it out, and made arrangements to have piece replaced and get back to us. Although we are unhappy it is not yet complete, we are very pleased with how we have been treated so far. I will complete this review when the job is complete. Again, the installers were excellent.
Juan &Josh were great, called to let me know they were on their way. Reinstalled my sink in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Very good experience!

Jose and Jr installed our bath countertop and were timely, efficient and extremely easy to communicate and deal with. I appreciate the extra time they took and information they provided for me to make the best decisions on sink placement.
On July 31, my husband and I purchased granite for three bathrooms and kitchen. Total purchase check was $8,406.02 which Stoneworks cashed right the way. Installation was scheduled for August 23 between 12pm and 5pm. Installers arrived at my house at 3pm. Installed the granite partially as they could not finish the installation especially in the kitchen due to the granite being cut 4 inches off from the seams. It was 9:30 pm when installers decided to bring my granite stone back to the office and have a supervisor review the cut. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me that a supervisor would have called me in the morning of the next day August 24th to let me know about the fix of my granite cut and when they were coming to finish the installation. NO ONE EVER CALLED. So, I called around 11 am and left a message to be called back. At 1:18pm NO ONE CALLED BACK YET, so I called again and no one was available except for Wendy who told me that she had 24 hour window to call people back. I am not people I am a customer left on hold with NO WATER in bathrooms and kitchen. Left a message with her for Dan to call me back after his lunch. After an hour and half, when I called back again Dan conveniently left for the day. Left a voice message to Wendy again and two voice messages to Jack. I called a total of 6 times yesterday August 24th and no one at the office was available to talk to me.
As last resource, I called Ryan our sales person and explained the situation to him who told me he would have called me back and let me know what was going on with my order. No ONE called back. So, today August 25th, I called around 11:15 am to follow up with my order status and of course everyone was in a meeting. Left again a voice message for Jack to call me back and he did not bother to call. I called back around 12:15pm and receptionist told me Jack was not available. I called my sales person Ryan again and left a voice message with him as well.
I am very disappointed in the customer service that this company has to offer. They act bothered, and no one is ever available when they hear my name. NO ONE CARES to call me and let me know when the job will be finished.
I am so tired to wait for someone to have the DIGNITY to call me and let me know what it is going on. NO ONE deserve to be treated like this, and be left home with no WATER in bathrooms and kitchen. I have kids and it is hard to manage kids needs at this time.
I am ready to contact the Best Bureau Business and report this company. My next phone call will be done from my lawyer.
My experience with cutting edge granite has been a mixed review. Initially there were discrepancies with what we were told by our salesman Alex, and what we paid for, with what could actually be done. But in the end Dan, the sales manager, was very professional, explained " why" the granite needed to be done the way it had to be for our particular situation/ size of the project, etc, and made sure we got the granite that we wanted and the job was completed in a timely manner. The delivery guys, Danny G. and Boro, were very professional and friendly, did an awesome job installing all the granite, I would definitely give them "5 stars"! I would definitely recommend cutting edge granite to my family and friends.
Danny G. and Boro are a great team of installers. They arrived on time and installed our kitchen granite. They were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Also, I want to commend the office staff ( Kitty, Wendy, and Jennifer) for their outstanding coordination and customer service.
