As for the [redacted] Men's Air Long Tee, because there was no [redacted] tracking number attached to this order, we have issued **. [redacted] a refund of $18.73 today 2/10/17. Review: For order [redacted], I just got this package today, and it was completely empty. The package was not damaged or tampered with, but it was shipper error. The carrier even confirmed it was empty upon receipt. Please refund for this order, DO NOT send me another pair! I am highly disappointed in my experience with this and I feel this site is a scam.Desired Settlement: Please refund me in full for this order.

Review: I ordered [redacted]'s and 3 weeks after my son was wearing them they totally started to pull apart around the sole. I contacted the company and asked them what to do. They sent me the packing label to ship them back. I contacted them to find out what would happen next since I noticed the package had been delivered. They sent me an email back saying they were returning the product to me because it wasn't in its original packaging. I told them if they read up on my file, they would've seen I was returning them because they were defective. I don't have the original box anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like a full credit back on my credit card. Originally I would've been happy with a replacement but now I am choosing to never do business with this company.
