On Friday, June 12, I, Christie D [redacted] , the owner of [redacted] spoke with Mr [redacted] and he insisted on a refund of $ I explained that he could pick up his check of $and letter on Saturday, June 13thWe then received a letter from Mr [redacted] on our doorstep on Saturday,June 13th (see attached)On June 13, I then called Mr [redacted] immediately and explained that he could pick up his check and letter as requested at his convenience Mr [redacted] said that he would be by on Monday, June 15thOn Monday, June 15th, Mr [redacted] picked up a check for $and a letter that Mr [redacted] requested, confirming that he had no further contractual obligations with Jalopy Jungle as of Monday, June 15th (see attached) Please let me know if there is anything that else that you need for resolution Best Regards,Christie D [redacted]

Review: 04/07/2015 I PUT 500.00 CREDIT CARD PAYMNT FOR A 1994 FORD RANGER [redacted]- I HAVE MADE TWO PAYMENTS OF 240.00 OF THE BI MONTHLY PAYMENTS. THE TEM REIGRATION TAGE FROM [redacted] HAS EXPIRED AND THE SECOND SET OF TAGS DUE TO " DELAY IN PAPERWORK" IS SET TO EXPIRE ON 06/22/2015- I WAS TOLD BY JAVIER WHO SOLD ME THE TRUCK THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE IN HAND-ANOTHER DEALER HAS IT THAT THEY BOUGHT THE TRUCK IN QUESTION AND THEY CAN NOT GET THE TITLE- THEY ARE OFFERING ME A SWAP IN TRUCKS - I FEEL THEY SOLD ME A TRUCK THEY HAD NO LEGAL RIGHT TO SELL IF THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TITLE OR THE TITLE HAS A LIEN THAT I AM NOT RESPONISLBE -THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND DIFFERENT ANSWERS-NO ONE ANSWER TWICE. THEY ARE NOT BEING HONEST ON THE TITLE OF OWNERSHIP.Desired Settlement: 1) FINSIH THE REGISTRATION OF TRUCK IN MY NAME BY 06/22/2015- WITHOUT ADDED FEES

2)IF NOT IN POSSESION OF TITLE TO FINSIH REGISTRATION BY 06/22/2015 WHEN TEMP TAGS EXPIRE I WANT TO RETURN THE TRUCK AND BE ISSUED BY CASHIER CHECK THE FULL AMOUNT OF 1000.00- $500.00 FOR THE DEPOSIT AND THE TWO MONTHLY PAYMENTS $250.00 ON 05/03/2015 AND $250.00 ON 06/03/2015- GRAND TOTAL OF $1000.00 AND TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND REPORT TO CREDIT BUEAU THAT CONTRACT IS VOID.

I DO NOT WISH TO TRADE OUT TRUCKS - I DO NOT WANT ANY NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES DUE TO REPORTING THESE EVENTS. I JUST WANT TO FINISH THIS
