I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this has not yet fully resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
While the business did come Friday and Saturday, unfortunately, not all the work was completed. There is still an estimated one full day needed to complete all items. A list has been sent to the business owner of the items to be completed. Business owner has agreed to have these items completed on Friday, March 23, 2018. Work completed thus far is satisfactory.

Work has still not been completed. Owner of business has asked me to stop communicating with him (but fortunately he has been responding). Trash was never removed so we took the liberty to take care of this at our expense. Owner has yet to respond to several email requests. We still do not have a clear projected completion date. I have informed the business owner on at least three occasions over the past three weeks that I must return to work on Monday March 19, 2018 and as such no one will be at our home during the day to allow in the house to complete the work. As such, I have informed him that the work must be completed by Saturday, March 17, 2018. Work was to be completed by December 23, 2017. There are only an estimated two days of work to be completed. He also has given no response relative to permits. He has promised on at least six occasions that the job would be completed on a certain date and then no one shows, but he always has a reason why. I know from one employee that he has pulled them off our job to complete other jobs. Our job needs to be made a priority, not because I am more important, but because it is almost 4 months PAST the promise date and I return to work march 19.

business has been built from the ground/up because of our integrity and our quality of work. I am not going to get in an argument over this or that or he said or she said because that’s not how we function. What I will say is the customer and I communicated very well through this process up until the last month. We had other projects to start and complete too.This project is valued at $12,000 to $15,000 but was did as a favor to help in a time of need of lesser charge.There’s many reasons why this project isn’t complete due to schedule conflicts on both ends just not working out.This job is an hour and 1/2 away with traffic from our region once again only taken on as a friend.The work that needs to be completed is micro. The basement is useable as bedrooms are complete with carpet. All trim is complete and Stairway is carpeted and complete, Entertainment area done, bathroom complete with toilet and shower useable. All flooring is done.We have every intention of coming and securing up the micros as soon as we can reschedule and it works with his schedule too.This complaint in my estimation is unnecessary and ridiculous considering the work that has been completed. This should have been kept between us and not posted on here.As I said before 2 to 3 hrs traveling time is a lot to ask of employees so when it’s scheduled in it will be where we can get it finished in 1 to 2 days if necessary.MikeColor Residential
