I am astounded at the pride in which separate people at this "company" were exceptionally rude and patronizing and insultingIt's stunning actuallyI ordered dollars worth of envelopes but needed them in a hurry so was perfectly happy to spend the dollars for next day deliveryGot terse email the following morning saying something I didn't understand: "Cancel order because HIGH, please send [redacted] number"I sent back an email saying I didn't understand, and thatI I didn't have a [redacted] number, please process the orderThey sent back an email..One of the owners said "Lose the attitude, send your [redacted] number, and get over this minor issue." I was astoundedHe then proceeded to tell me the entire staff was laughing at me for being incredulous at their rude and disrespectful mannerMeanwhile they still billed me for the entire thingThis company should not be in businessDo NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HEREUnbelievableI am writing also to the Revdex.com, not that this "company" would care I see from their [redacted] that their manner in which they treat customers is consistently awfulAs they've adopted a COMPANY WIDE POLICY of insulting and treating their customers like ***

I ordered 18 dollars worth of envelopes but needed them in a hurry so was perfectly happy to spend the 66 dollars for next day delivery. Got terse email the following morning saying something I didn't understand: "Cancel order because HIGH, please send [redacted] number". I sent back an email saying I didn't understand, and thatI I didn't have a [redacted] number, please process the order.
