The other day we received a letter from this company, signed by Sheila H Is a hand written letter, in which she is saying that she knows "you've been struggling with finances, and having a hard time paying your mortgage"!?!? What? We never been late on any mortgage, we do not struggle with finances...all these are complete lies and actually insults! Who is this company anyway? How they dare sending us such a letter? I want you to be aware of this insulting letter and also very devious practices
