James A. Neumann Building Contractor

James A Newmann came highly recommended to re-build our deck in the back of our house. On the issue, he was timely and completed the work on time and on budget. The issue at hand was that some of the timber (on an upper snow door) and in the upper North East corner of the deck, has warped. Jim stopped by our house some time ago and agreed to repair these two items at no charge. I have been trying to get him to come back to make the corrections with no luck. He is always working on another project or promising to come out the next week. Lately, there have been no returned calls. This is not acceptable. We simply want the matter resolved. If it can be resolved, we want him to come back and do a new lower deck in Spring. If not, we wish to pursue it further through other means.
