I had new lights installed. The installer was on time, had all the tools he needed and was very careful with my lights and with keeping the mess to a minimum.

I am extremely happy with the speed and service I received. I was in the process of selling a home, and needed a repair done as part of closing. They were able to get in, quote competitively, and have the job completed within a few weeks. They went above and beyond with communication and followup. I highly recommend them.

6. Always available and would always promptly respond to emails/calls and had no problem adjusting to meet us when it fit our busy schedule.

We have used James Allen Builders for many projects, both large and small, in our home and have been very pleased with all of the work they have done. We recently had them finish our basement and found enjoyed both the process and the end result. As a couple that had a hard time deciding exactly what we wanted, we appreciated their willing to work with us on design. They were also great about offering suggestions to help us complete the project on time and with the most cost-effective solution. In addition to finishing our basement, we have called them for help when we had a plumbing issue that created water leakage in our home; had them replace some rotting boards and trim on our exterior, build a custom cellar door to our home (which turned out beautifully), replace cedar shingles as well as a large variety of other projects. They are always able to complete the work quickly and at a reasonable price. They have become our go-to team for remodeling and to assist in the maintenance of our home. I needed to have my roof done and got quotes from different companies around the county. James Allen Builders was over 50% cheaper for my roofing project than other quotes that I had received.
