We hired Jim Anderson to redo part of our kitchen by lowering part of kitchen counter, move outlets, replace all the countertops, install a new backsplash, replace a lighting fixture in the laundry room, install a microwave oven and disposal, build two new cabinets over the washer and dryer as well as build us a craft table and shelving for a craft space. He did an excellent job, was on time every day, had great contractors that worked with him and took a lot of time to help us pick out our new countertop and backsplash. He is well versed in his trade and we would recommend highly.

We purchased a condo in Sarasota that needed serious renovations and we got lucky finding this companyWe had limited time in selecting a contractor as we needed to get back home to our jobs in Ohio and knowing we would need to trust them with many thousands of dollars and workmanship we did some due diligence firstJim had every credential we required as well as a proven ability to perform and we signed a design retainer with him and a depositThe project was a complete kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, a living area and two bedrooms, including removing walls, new wiring, new tile flooring, drywall, new custom cabinets, quartz countertops, paint, trim crown moldings, new showers and bathtub, basically a complete gut jobThe project was completed ahead of our requested time frame and there were no hidden charges from the original estimateFrom the communication to scheduling to the final fit and finish of workmanship, everything turned out fabulous and we are now enjoying our summer vacation with familyJim is a professional in his trade with all the proven cedentials and the workmanship is exquisiteI highly recommend this company

Simply put, Jim is the best of the best! Coming from out of state we were overwhelmed by all of the cordonations needed for a major remodelJim was our lifesaverHe has a "no nonsense" approach with direct communication and expecyationsFrom the initial designs to getting the project finished, on time and without any cost overunsWe were amazed and very pleased how well everything wentJim took care of all the pertinent paperwork for our HOA and the required permits that included removing some walls, new electrical and plumbing, drywall, new ceilings, plank tile floors, custom made cabinetry and quartz countertops, crown molding, new doors and trim, gutted both bathrooms with new showers, a buifireplace and completely painted entire unitOur 1970's beach condo with paisley wallpaper and pink toilets is now (in our honest opinion) the nicest condo we ever seen and we will cherish this quality workmanship forever!
