I received yesterday a bill from this practice saying that I owe them $221.06 and that they will send it to collection if I don`t pay. They say it was a visit day on 5/22/2013 on a root canal that turns into a fracture.No idea who he is, never been there and my last root canal was with a chinese Doctor years ago and I used my insurance.What should I do/ Should I have to file a claim with the SBI ?
