I will hold myself accountable for my last conversation with [redacted], who insulted me and was very short with me, I in return was short with [redacted]. I will not accept the lies she has presented. The only medical assistant I have ever worked with is [redacted] (spelling may be wrong). I have never been rude to her or any one else at that office. If they consider my concern, frequent calls to pay and asking for bill and my frustration as abusive behavior I cannot accept their response. Their lack of professionalism and now lies is overwhelming. I was told by [redacted] I was let go from the office due to failure to pay (which I indicated I called to pay and was told they had no time for me and hung up on me twice). She stated they sent me my release letter in January. It was not recieved until March. Its a word document which means that just because they said they mailed it in January does not mean they did. That date is easy to change on the document. Clearly they either forget to mail items, their process is unreliable, billing department has technical difficulties processing my bill, or many other reasons which we could also fault to the post office. None the less I have attempted to contact this office many time asking either for the bill or when I can make my payment. I've been disrespected hung up on and hold I was not important and also that I was let go from the office and basically was told that they find it hard to believe that they sent me 10 bills and I never received one. I've repeatedly told the office I do not get any information from the billing office I have only received information from the doctors physical address. However, I am uncertain as to why I did not get my discharge letter until March. Again these are not things that are the patients responsibility when it is the doctors office and facility that is to provide the information. [redacted] is being untruthful in her statement and is not forthcoming with information on what actually took place and I do not feel that this is a resolution to my problem.
