I have been to Dr. WALKER in the past; and I had been interested in having a tooth crowned. He started the work (build up for the crown),and I did pay for that work to be completed. I was to purchase the crown only before I could finish paying, I no longer was interested in the purchase. I called the office, and spoke with [redacted] about the matter to resolve it. She told me she would call me back about my refund, but instead I called her back on September 21st, 2015 to find out the dentist wasn't going to refund my money. (What I paid besides the cost of the build up which costed $110.00) I feel that if I never got the service or the crown; I shouldn't have to pay for the service or crown. [redacted] told me that she didn't think I should get a refund, and that I still would owe a balance of $328.00 even though I have not received the service or the crown./////Desired SettlementI would like to get my money refunded for services not completed. I believe that any overpayment beyond the $110.00 should be refundable. I didn't receive any other services for which I should've been billed./////
