Review: I hired ( James Construction/ Lebouef Shoring) [redacted] and [redacted] to Move a house in May, They put us off and used excuses until Late September with NO start on the job. [redacted] hired another house moving company to move my house and gave fraudulent information to both the moving company and myself. My local Permit office said James Construction had NEVER applied for ANY permits that were supposed to be applied for. They took my down payment and offered me a package which included sewer treatment, electric wire, limestone etc. Upon hiring an additional company to help out, [redacted] promised to help along the way and still honor his Promise and contract he made with me to provide the services I paid him for. He didn't honor ANY of the agreements, He didn't even throw a rock in my driveway. They Have the MOST HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced and lied the whole way through this terrible ordeal. Because of his fraudulent actions, I am now in severe financial debt. 8 months later I still can not live in my house. Both him and his wife lie and make promises they DO NOT keep. It has cost me over 3 times the price in order to fix all the problems that [redacted] and [redacted] have caused me.Desired Settlement: Payment to reclaim my unnecessary Rental Expenses, Storage Fees, Permits and Miscellaneous fees and charges that have incurred because of his and her fraudulent actions in the sum of $9,325.00

Review: We signed a construction contract November 2, 2014 , we were told the job would start the beginning of December lasting 2 weeks , depending on the weather conditions. Construction started January 14, 2015. Since then we have heard nothing but excuses on why this project hasnt been completed. Ed has had back problems, shoulder problems, pneumonia multiple times, and gout. His dad was in the hospital in Mississippi with a form of cancer.Throughout his whole process contact has be sporadic, at best. Calls to Ed or Kristi where never answered. We would get a call or text back days later from Kristi. Ed quit calling us back on anything. The beginning of May, Kristi told us that Ed was feeling better and has gotten his dad situated in their home in Chauvin so he could have the cancer treatments in Houma. At that time, she promised that the job would be completed by May 31, 2015. We have told them several times that if they were unable to complete the job, give us an itemized list of what was spent and to give a check of the remainder of the money. They assured us that they would compete the job that they started. It is now June 2015, going on 8 months that this process was started and we still have no building completed. James LLC is licensed by the state. by what looks to be a fake addressed and phone number.They also do business as James Construction/James Sewer Systems/Lebouef ShoringDesired Settlement: we want an itemized list of what was spent and a refund of what is left of our deposit. along with reimbursement of any and all legal fees.
