The customer brought his vehicle in on July 27th of with a complaint of the transmission not workingThe service advisor called the customer to quote him a price of replacing the transmissionThe customer then told us to order he
transmission and replace itHe also asked for us to pull his vehicle into the shop very night because he had a lot of electrical equipment in itEvery night while waiting on the transmission to arrive we pulled the vehicle in the shopEvery time we had to move the vehicle we had to jump start it because the battery was deadWe finished installing the transmission replacement and called the customer to inform him that his vehicle was ready to be picked upAfter several attempts we finally got ahold of himThe vehicle still sat at our dealership till it was picked up on October 15th of this yearThe customer called us about the battery, but this is the first time we were made aware of the tires wobbling

I agree and disagree I have messages on my Facebook from Christina who never said anything about my battery being dead until I came to pick it up and yes I requested for it to be pulled in but I have pictures that I toke for weeks straight of the vehicle and then I tested Christina by asking her was my vehicle involved in the recent Rumor I heard of the lot being vandizled she then left her home to go check with the security guard to see as she stated in a message on Facebook so if it was pulled in every night she wouldn't need to question because it would be inside correct? I'm not trying to make a huge deal I just would like to have my vehicle working as it was when brung there I already fixed my tie wobble it was a bad tire but the battery is solely on *** *** because one of my TVs inside was on as soon as I picked my vehicle and they have to be turned on manually so someone turned it on and left it on and drained the battery I called two weeks in a row waiting on a response all I'm asking is for a good battery dosent have to be new just want a battery to start my car I have no reason to lie I only connected the b.b.b because you guys were giving me no answers I have kids and we get stranded everywhere for at least minutes until someone is nice enough to JumpStart our vehicle
