[redacted] approached me about making a small repair to my driveway, which I agreed to. His contract did NOT describe the size of the work to be completed. The work done was far greater than we verbally agreed to and was done with an inferior grade of asphalt and resulted in water drainage problems into my basement. He is a scam artist. Beware of him, he is a crook.
Review: I paid [redacted] $400.00 to pave my driveway with milled asphalt in the fall of 2012. At the time of the installation he said that he would return next season to apply the seal coat and fix any problems that occurred over the winter. The agreement has a 5 year warranty. Mr [redacted] has not returned to complete the seal coat and the number to reach him has been disconnected or changed.Desired Settlement: I expect the pot holes to be filled and the seal coat applied.
