I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The plumber did not respond to my complaint other than lying about what occurred to try to justify their thieveryThe events I posted are 100% true and they have stolen money from me without providing any servicesThey also used vulgar remarks during his minute visit before attempting to charge $for no services providedHis excuses is he showed up after 5pm so he can charge me $more even though I never knew about this charge nor would have agreed to any charge should he have mentioned any as I was doing him a service by letting him come whenever he wantedIt is true he billed my hoa to rob me of my money as I never would paid considering there was no agreement and no services or repair givenThe hoa said I have to deal with the plumber to get the money back and they refused to cooperate or discuss the actual situation is why I came to Revdex.comPlease help me deal with this corrupt and greedy plumber
