I met with Mr. [redacted] about 3 months ago following an accident with an uninsured driver. Mr. [redacted] assured me that he would bring a suit against the uninsured driver on my behalf. I paid Mr. [redacted] $98.00 to secure his legal services and he has failed to act on my behalf.
