James Ward Fotography

The vendor is in breach of contract for non-delivery of all paid productsI hired James Ward to provide photography services for my wedding in April 2013. We ensured that all services were paid for in full by September 2013 and expected for delivery of pictures and wedding book would be fast in turn around. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received my wedding photos in December 2014 but not the wedding book. Mr Ward stated the wedding book was being developed overseas and he was having trouble getting them to respond to his emails. He advised that we would receive our wedding book within 30 days after we received our pictures in December 2014. Mr Ward never provided us with the wedding book and refused to return my emails and phone calls in regard to the non-receipt of the wedding book. I have made several requests for him to refund us the money for the wedding book and he has not responded to emails, phone calls and certified letters. Desired SettlementAt this time, we would like for him to refund us the $500.00 for the wedding book. We no longer have confidence that James Ward is willing to honor the contract.
