Review: This roofing company replaced the roof on my house in June of 2013. After installation I started having problems with leaking. I've had to completely replace and repair much of what has been damaged, however, the central source of the leak has not been addressed. I've left multiple messages for the owners and customer service, I am continually told someone will be coming to fix it and no one ever comes. It has already caused me thousands of dollars in damages where there was never a leak problem before having the new roof put on.Desired Settlement: They need to stand by their word and contract and come and repair this roof as soon as possible. This has gone on long enough!

Review: The contractor provided an inadequate installation of a roof on my house last September. No flashing was provided for roofing penetrations and roof is leaking for around solar system. Contractor responded to my request for reimbursement for the flashing materials with the following statement:

"Go ahead and contact the Revdex.com. I had recommended that the solar panels be removed before the installation of the new roof because they always become a problem. You have a new roof that is going to last 30-40 years and you have 30 year old solar panels going through the new roof. Best of luck with your future endeavors. "

This is partially true as he had offered to remove the panels, however the rest is not accurate. Daily hundreds of roofs in the US are having solar PV equipment installed with flashing material that has a 20+ year warranty. Clearly the business owner has no idea of current installation methods of flashing for this type of equipment. I had no idea that he was not trained in proper methods and that a roofing contractor would consider installing a roofing penetration without flashing.

I've been unable to find another roofing contractor that believes that his method of installation is a good idea. Therefore, I tend to agree with his statement that his installations always cause a problem, however it is due to his lack of knowledge on the topic rather than the actual type of installation.

I believe it is an insurance issue at this point as I do not want him to perform any additional work on my roof. He clearly is not trained on proper installation methods. I had initially requested reimbursement for the flashing materials only, but since then have realized that additional damage was done from leakage.Desired Settlement: 1. Contractor to provide insurance certificate so that I can receive reimbursement for my costs of replacement.

2. Contractor to stop advertising that their installations are guaranteed.
