Review: Had vinyl floor installed in kitchen. Guy didn't use right tools to do job. Did not roll vinyl out with roller. Glue not sticking. Floor has air bubbles under vinyl. Debris showing through floor where he did not vacuum first. Cut vinyl too short. Put metal strips in doorway on backwards and it wrong place. Tore and scuffed vinyl up. Vinyl coming up in several places. Cut my wood work all up in doorways using wrong tools. Didn't tuck vinyl under walls correctly. Put vinyl floor down on an uneven surface. Gave me a 1 yr warranty and has not returned to fix floor right. Whole job needs to be redone wood and all. Call him several times and always an excuse why he can't make it. Now he's ignoring my phone calls.Desired Settlement: $1200 cash for all materials and for damages to wood work.
