I've waited until some of the pain of dealing with this company has subsidedThey were horrible to deal withHere are some of my complaintsThey promised to post photographs online of items to be soldThey never didThey threw items away they said were unsalableI recovered over a dozen collectibles from what they discarded, I later sold on *** for $or more per itemThey marked vintage headphones at $2.; they didn't sellI later sold on *** for $They reminded me repeatedly how inconvenient it was that I was living in the home; even though I had opened all but bedroom and bath to themTruly, one of the worst experiences I've ever hadDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

This company has been conducting an estate sale in our neighborhood in Sun City since Wednesday, Feb19thOur neighborhood is quite small (about 15-houses)For four days our driveways have been blocked by customers to the point where, on Saturday, Feb21st we had the Sheriff's Deptcheck out the situationMind you, Saturday was the least offensive of the days of this sale (it is our understanding the sale will continue this week as well)Even the Sheriff's Deptagreed that because of the cars parked in this small neighborhood on both sides of the street, blocking neighbors driveways, that if the fire department had to respond to an emergency, they would be unable to drive down the street without running the risk of hitting vehiclesA few of us had difficulty getting out of our driveways this weekWednesday, Feb19th, people showed up at this sale as early as 6:AMI had to ask one man to move his van and turn his radio down at 6:AM and asked him not to block my drivewayJan & Dean's employees showed up at 5:AM that day and were quite noisyI did send an email to Jan & Dean's that day (which they never responded to) and at least the employees were considerate the rest of the weekIf they are going to have an estate sale that lasts an entire week or more, they should have an employee outside ensuring that their customers do not block driveways - perhaps posting signs throughout the neighborhood rather than just in the driveway where they are having the saleI came home from work on Thursday at lunch time and had trouble getting down the street, and then couldn't even get into my driveway as it was blocked, so I just went back to workSeveral of my neighbors are quite frustrated at this pointWe understand that people have estate sales, and if they last 1-days, that's acceptable and we can tolerate the traffic and the ignoranceBut when it goes on for days and looks as though it will continue into this week as well, that's unacceptableI will never recommend this company to anyoneI am thoroughly disgusted with the way they do business
