Vague about price per hourWorkers had to use my tools if not they would charge me to go get their tools.When told of this he blew it off.as stated in my previous complaint, He damaged my cabinet, and I would like it taken down and replaced at no CHARGE.The hours he charged me a re above and beyond what was done, he hangs around the house when not needed so he can charge more, his men take extensive smoke breaks on my bill.They used my tools and lumber to do the job because they said they forgot the stuff to bring.And if I let them go get it I would have been charged.His men walked through my living room and turned on the radio without my permission.This company is a joke, the [redacted] is a liar, and I let all I know that fact.Desired SettlementFor [redacted] not to rip off other people, and to be not so much of a liar and cheat.as stated in my previous complaint, He damaged my cabinet, and I would like it taken down and replaced at no CHARGE.Business Response I would prefer to reach a solution however to date [redacted] (the [redacted]) has not return my phone calls or emails; I feel mediation would be required. I have not been allowed to see the screw the [redacted] is referring to. On Friday August 16th I received a voice mail from the [redacted] stating he had found a screw that was just shy of breaking through the face of the cabinet. Over the course of the weekend the [redacted] left two additional voicemails. I didn't return the phone call until Monday (8/19) morning about 8:30am. From that point forward the [redacted] stopped communicating with me. A detail I find particularly frustrating is that the [redacted] filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on Friday 8/16 without ever giving me an opportunity to resolve or even see the problem. Going forward I would like to resolve the complaint but this will require the cooperation of the [redacted]. If I am not allowed on the property, I have no chance of addressing the problem.
