Im not accepting it because it does not explain that 100% Human Hair is mixed with synthetic hair or fiberIts says 100% Human HairIt does mention promix after Encore name but it doesnt state that the hair is mixed with other material.I would like the money back so I can get what I wanted origianally.Ask them does it mention having synthetic hair mixed, if it did I would have never purchased the hair.They know what they are doingThats why it doesn't say on the package that the hair is mixed with synthetic hairI went on youtube to see what I could do to keep the braids from falling out and there was many complaints about this hair, so im not alone in this matter

Review: I brought 3 packs of their Janet collection hair. The hair stated that it curled up to a certain degree. The hair did not curl at all but I did not know this until after my stylist put the hair in and tried to curl it. I brought it because it was my first time getting a weave. I was looking for hair that curled and could be flat ironed straight. This hair stayed straight the whole time. If a product state that it curls it should do just that. I paid 20 for a long length and for 2 shorter packs 17 each. I have emailed the company and sent them a message through FB, NO response.Desired Settlement: I want three packs of hair that actually curl.

Review: The product says 100% human hair. The hair is mixed with synthetic hair making it hard to work with. So they may have used human hair but in the pack its mixed with other material. I wanted a refund so I could purchase what I needed un the beginning. The are deceiving consumers. I found out online about the hair being mixed with synthetic hair. They should not be allowed to sell that product.

I would like a refund for the hair. I have receipts and the bank statements for proof of purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for thebtwo packs of hair I purchased. I have receipts as well as bank statement or they can give me 100% human hair with nothing but human hair. I would need 100 human hair #1B with no mixing of synthetic hair.
