Review: On tuesday April 23, 2013, I visited a Popeyes located on Columbia Pike in Arlington Virginia at approximately 1:30pm for lunch. Nothing prepared me for what I was to encounter this day. I am a frequent customer that take notice of hospitality and good service. Typically, these are components that is important to me as a consumer. After purchasing a two piece chicken meal, I sat attempting to eat, when I noticed an employee sweeping up dirt and dust from the floor of the restaurant. This can be considerably a health issue if these dirt particles get in your food. When I politely requested if the person could stop before I eat, she reponded no. I immediatey addressed this issue to Management and after she was approached she declined to stop sweeping. I was dissapointed and felt very disrespected. I gracefully bowed out and ask for a refund before leaving.Desired Settlement: I am respectfully requesting an apology from the Server and I ask that better sevice be implemented for future consumers.

Review: Recently my husband and I purchased food from a local [redacted]'s located at [redacted] MD, and became very suspicious when we found an unidentified specimen under the crust of the chicken. I have contacted there corporation (Janjer Foods/[redacted] Md) to get answers, I also returned back to the location where the food was purchased and when shown to Martin (manager), he was also taken aback as to what he viewed. During our conversation with Martin we were asked numerous times to dispose of the chicken and be accommodated with free chicken upon visits but we refused. Corporate portrayed to be very concerned and said they would investigate but suddenly started refusing phone calls and responding to emails. My husband and I are looking for answers as to what this specimen is that we may have ingested, but now being refused a thorough investigation only because they are afraid as to what the results may confirm. These situations are occurring much to often without repercussion to the franchises. We are now looking for a labatory that may be able to assist us with testing of the specimen since the [redacted]'s Corporation is now disconnecting themselves from the matter.Desired Settlement: I am seeking answers as to what I have ingested, and a thorough investigation of the matter.
