I made an order almost 3 months ago, and still have not received my order. The website has an email message for costumer service issues and I have sent two messages with no response. I have also called costumer service # on website and left voicemails to receive no return calls for over three weeks. I have yet to actually talk to a person in RE to order status since it has not been updated since order was made. Basically I have found that they have no customer service available.Product_Or_Service: Penguin Joy StockingOrder_Number: XXXXXXAccount_Number: XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like the order I asked to receive delivered within 30 days, or cancel the order so I don't have them charging me for a product I never received. Business Response [redacted]'s order was processed today, and should ship out today. I expect she will have delivery of her package no later than next Friday [redacted] Our company has gone through sale and facility (manufacturing and warehouse) move across several states. This is the reason some of our orders have been delayed.[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)It took way too long to get the product. I just want the order cancelled and nothing charged to my banking account. They stated on their website to allow 3-4 weeks longer to allow order to be processed. It should not have taken almost 16 weeks to fulfill the order. There was not an apology of any sort and that is unexceptable since I tried to contact the company on numerous occasions.

We apologize for the oversight in processing your order in a timely manner.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not accept simply because not only did they not process my order in a timely manner they did not answer any calls or emails and it took them almost 3 weeks, not seven days to respond to the Revdex.com. Some serious changes need to be made within their company.
