Janry Pet Resort

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. First their staff is a bunch of children that know nothing about caring for your animal.
We left our two dogs there for one week and purchased the highest level. The dogs were not taken out 3 times a day and how I know this is because when we came home all the dogs did was sleep for 3 days. Two I had to call 3 times while on vacation asking for the daily report card if I never called I don’t think I would have received them. When I finally got pictures they are from being outside one time with the same people if it were different times of the day you would know by the lighting in the background. I was sent a picture of my 13 yr old dog who had eye snot crusted down her face and not cleaned. I had to call the facility while still on vacation and tell them they need to take a warm cloth and wash the eye snot off her face. Both dogs came home with kennel cough and diarrhea. Do not listen to the owner when she says dogs are like people and get upset stomach’s when you are gone. I have boarded my dogs in other facilities plenty of times and that never happened. Both dogs seemed very unhappy when they got home. You should not put your animals in the hands of young inexperienced staff members.

I have no complaint about the courtesy but the grooming was awful I took my poodle there at o'clockI picked him up at pm but he still was not done and I had to waitWhen I got home I took a good look at himThey told me they had a master groomer and he did not look like a poodle he had a poodle tail and they cut it all offThere was hair left on him every where and no clean cutIt was a terrible groom and over priced I was so dissapointed from all the advertisingI thought that it would be a star service but it was notI would absolutely not recommend Janry pet resort

When I got home I took a good look at him. They told me they had a master groomer and he did not look like a poodle he had a poodle tail and they cut it all off. There was hair left on him every where and no clean cut. It was a terrible groom and over priced I was so dissapointed from all the advertising. I thought that it would be a 5 star service but it was not. I would absolutely not recommend Janry pet resort.
