Review: During the week of September 2, 2013 I requested Jansen Tree to complete some work at my residence. They were contracted to trim 2 trees, cut down a small maple tree, and grind up the stump after the tree was cut down. I paid for these services via check on Sept 9, 2013. In speaking with [redacted], I was told the company would be out to grind the stump during the week of Sept 9. They never came that week to complete the work. Since that time, I have called them 3 times and each time someone has apologized and told me they would either have someone call me back to schedule a time or would be out "next week" to grind up the stump. During each conversation the person from Jansen tells me that their stump grinder is broken and being repaired, but they will be out the following week. Following my conversation today, 11/27/2013, with Jansen Tree I informed them that I had already paid for this service and they still have not completed it. Once again, I am told they will be out next week. I sternly asked for an exact date, but was once again told, "sometime next week."Desired Settlement: At this time, based upon the history of non-responsiveness I would expect Jansen Tree to complete the stump grinding and refund my money for this portion of the work (already paid $75 for the stump grinding).

Review: In November of 2013 Jansen Tree removed 2 trees and some additional branches on trees that were to remain from my property. While I didn't notice it at the time, the front corner of my gutter system was clearly damaged by the limb that was cut down directly above it. The issue was noticed sometime in early January, the first time water was actually running through the system and clearly gushing out of the broken corner. At that time I contacted Jansen for the first time about the issue. In addition to asking about fixing the corner gutter, they still had stump removal work that was required to be completed per the contract. From January I contacted them weekly about when my stumps would be removed and when someone would come out to fix the gutter. Someone other than a secretary finally got back to me during the first week in April after I suggested that I had other work on my property that I wanted done. When the worker contacted me from my property during the work day, he acknowledged the issue at the gutter and that it would be repaired when they came out to complete the stump removal. During the week of April 21 they came to the site and removed the stump, but they did not do anything with the gutter. Immediate complaints have fallen on def ears as the principles continue to never return my phone call and essentially hide behind their secretaries. I was told yesterday that someone would be out to fix the gutter today only to be told today that he couldn't come out and he is having surgery tomorrow so they are not sure when it will get fixed. This is an issue I can no longer tolerate.Desired Settlement: I want to have the gutter fixed and to be refunded for the work that was completed (total cost $800)
