Revdex.com spoke with *** *** regarding the complaint and she stated that where the consumer lives is hours away from their shopThey deliver to that area once a month and they will be calling the consumer to set up a date to deliver next week

Worst experience ever and still haven't received my bed which was suppose to be delivered over a month ago. Inconsistent customer service when I was actually able to speak with someone as their customer service is infrequently provided and when they answer they become very defensive when asked why my deliver hasn't been confirmed nor did I receive a confirmation once the date was scheduled. The company stated they attempted to deliver my bed without a call or message the first time and three subsequent times after they stated the bed was confirmed to be delivered it has still not come. I am still waiting and they have the worst customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone. Please consider my review as I have had many bad experiences and previously have not taken time to make a comment as none have compared to this disgraceful company.

Review: I ordered a mattress on [redacted], with delivery from [redacted] included (Gold Level) in the order. I received several confirmations from Home Direct that the mattress would be delivered on 10/31/2014 by Jantt Trucking LLC. On 10/30/2014, I attempted to call Jantt and was unable to reach anyone...all calls go to voicemail. I got no call back. So, I called at 8 a.m. this morning to confirm the 4 hour delivery window. I, once again, got nothing but voicemail until finally I reach [redacted] at Jantt. She proceeded to tell me that all order for today 10/31/2014 were being cancelled. I asked why and she proceeded with a long diatribe about how they lost all their drivers and the driver to our delivery didn't show up....I asked why I hadn't been contacted and she had no answer. I told her I took a day off work specifically for this and while she was apologetic, she offered no solution. I asked when I could expect to receive my delivery and she couldn't tell me. I asked when the reschedule date would be and she had no idea. So my $1,000 mattress is sitting somewhere with no one to deliver it. This company is ridiculous. I intend to file a complaint with [redacted] also.Desired Settlement: I would like my mattress delivered IMMEDIATELY! I would like calls and confirmation, as expected, and no delays or excuses.

Review: I had a mattress delivered which was purchased from [redacted] by Jantt Trucking on October 28, 2014. The delivery men damaged my stairwell and walls during the delivery. They advised me to write it on the delivery slip I was signing of which I did as well as answering some additional questions about the delivery and that a representative from Jantt Trucking would contact me on the following day to make arrangements in regard to the damage. No one has ever contacted me regarding this. I have called them on the following dates 11/3/14, 11/5/14 and 11/6/14 and have left messages in the general mailbox, with accounting and the mattress delivery person all with no response. So now I turn to you to assist in resolving this as I was advised on when the delivery was originally done.Sincerely[redacted]Desired Settlement: Repair paid for/fixed as promissed

Review: JANTT Trucking is a company that does Home Delivery for [redacted] through a company called [redacted]. There was a delivery scheduled for October 29, 2014 this was confirmed thru [redacted] and JANTT trucking by numerous phone calls from me. I personally contacted them on Monday October 27, 2014 in the afternoon and was told that my delivery was scheduled for 10/29/2014. At the time of the phone call I was told that they would contact me on 10/28/2014 with a four (4) hour window for delivery. I called the company (JANTT) on 10/29/2014 around 8:30 am and was told that the person who does the scheduling was not aviable but they would call me right back. About 2 hours later I called them again and was then told that the Dispatcher was not available and my delivery would not be made today. I than called [redacted] and was told they would check on the issue. [redacted] called me back after checking on this and said that the item was now not scheduled for today because it was not placed on the JANTT Deivery Truck for today.Desired Settlement: I would like my item delivered ASAP with no damage. I would like this delivery done on my schedule with some type of compensation for having to take a day from work and spending over four hours making phone calls.

Review: A mattress was ordered from [redacted]. JanTT trucking is the distribution center assigned to deliver this shipment. Initially they called to schedule delivery of mattress around Oct 15 of 2014. It was set up for Friday the 24th. On the 23rd, I called the distribution center as I had not received a time window for the delivery and was informed that someone would call me later that day. That evening, at approximately 5:30pm I received a call from the company's delivery truck driver informing me that due to mechanical errors they would not be able to deliver our mattress Friday; however they were available Saturday between the hours of 4 and 8pm. I agreed. That Saturday the 25th, both my husband and I were home for the entire 4 hour window. We received no delivery as well as no phone call stating they would not be delivering the shipment. I called and left messages with the company on both the individual who is responsible for mattress deliveries as well as the main number. On Monday, at approximately 11 am I received a phone call from the company's delivery truck driver who asked if I was available to receive my delivery. I stated that it was scheduled for the past Saturday and that I was at work and unavailable to do so at that immediate moment. I then again attempted contact of the distribution center-to no avail. I then contacted [redacted] (was put in contact from [redacted]-this company designates which distribution center will be doing deliveries). I spoke to a customer service representative there who apologized for the situation and attempted to render it by contacting Jantt trucking for reschedule. She placed me on hold to confirm delivery for that evening between the hours of 4 and 8pm. Again, my husband and I made arrangement with our careers to be home to receive this shipment. Again-nothing. Luckily I had the delivery drivers cell number from earlier that day. He reported that he was never informed to make the delivery later in the evening and left the [redacted] area way before the time window even started and informed me that I would need to take it up with management at the distribution center. I left a message with them that evening. The next day (this is now Tuesday the 28th) around 9 am after not hearing back from Jantt trucking I called them. The individual I spoke to, [redacted], who is in charge of mattress deliveries was by far the rudest individual I have ever encountered. She rose her voice when speaking to me and told me that the arranged shipment for Monday evening thru [redacted] communication with Jantt was never given to the dispatcher. When I pointed out her rude demeanor and disrespect on the phone she then yelled "I"M NOT BEING RUDE" When I asked to speak to customer service she replied with "I AM CUSTOMER SERVICE." I then requested to speak to her supervisor, Niece. I informed her of my interaction with this employee as well as with the underlying problem of not receiving the mattress shipment. She assured me she would speak to the employee and then set up delivery for Thursday Oct 30th in the evening. Wed the 29th, I receive a phone call from [redacted] regarding the delivery of the mattress. She again is very rude and stated "she couldn't guarantee an evening time window for the delivery." She asked if that was all I was available- I explained that due to both of our jobs-hours in the week are difficult to come by. When I informed her that this was guaranteed to me by her supervisor she quickly changed her tone of voice and stated she would receive confirmation and call later. She called later in the day to confirm delivery for Thursday the 30th from 4-8 pm. That is today. My husband and I made arrangements once again to be home. Again, there was no phone call and no delivery. I have called the distribution center, to which I am sure I will be given the same run-around. At this point I am contemplating canceling the order with [redacted] as this was the 3rd failed attempt in less than a week and both my husband and I cannot keep leaving work and wasting time; and going thru those hoops to cancel an order seem unbelievably easier at this point to do than delivering goods that have already been paid for. This company has no consideration for their customers or value for their time. Their communication is poor; as is their customer service. Contact with [redacted] has been made informing them of this distribution center's lousy performance as this paints a negative image for [redacted] as well. I am astounded that a company such as this is able to maintain enough business to stay opened.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of order at time best suitable for customer.

Review: Jantt Trucking was suppose to deliver a television to my residence on Oct. 7, 2014. The company POC contacted my wife to inform her that the driver was sick and the package would not be delivered on the original date. My wife expressed her disappointment in the services being render. The POC for the company responded what do you want me to do. People get sick. My wife replied that most organizations have contingency plans in place. The POC hung up the phone. The company's POC contacted my wife later and advised her of a new delivery date and time, Oct. 8, 2014 within a 4 hour window. The company contacted my wife again on Oct. 8, 2014 to advise that the driver was running behind on the delivery. The driver never show up nor did anyone contact us from the company to inform us for the reason behind the delay of our delivery. I contacted the company on Oct. 9, 2014 to talk with the POC concerning the lack of services for the delivery. The operator advised that the POC was available. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that the POC was the supervisor. I then asked to speak to someone above the POC and was told the POC was the owner of the company. When I finally got into contact with the owner of the company around 1145pm on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014, she claimed that she was not aware that the television had not been delivered. I called the company again around 130 on Oct. 9 and the owner said that the delivery driver claimed that the television was not loaded on the his truck. She also claimed that she was reviewing the video tapes to see what happened to the television and would contact[redacted] to get another television sent out to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of my order no later than Friday, Oct. 10, 2014. I would also like for [redacted] to discontinue their business relationship with this company.

Review: ON JULY I8,2014, I WAS CONTACTED BY JANTT TRUCKING TO SCHEDULE THE DELIVERY OF TWO APPLIANCES PURCHASED FROM [redacted] ON JULY 1,2014. THE DATE WAS SET FOR JULY 31,2014 AND AFTER WAITING MOST OF THE DAY I CALLED [redacted] AND THE DELIVERY CO. NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO GET THE ANSWERING MACHINE OVER AND OVER FOR THE NEXT WEEK AT LEAST 30 TO 40 CALLS WENT UNANSWERED AND THE FEW(3-4) THAT WERE ANSWERED GOT ME NO WHERE. NO ONE COULD EXPLAIN WHY I DID`NT GET MY DELIVERY AS SCHEDULED OR WHEN I WOULD BE GETTING IT. FINALLY ON AUGUST 8,2014 I WAS CONTACTED BY [redacted] ASSURING ME I WOULD GET MY APPLIANCES .LATER THAT DAY SOMEONE FROM JANTT LEFT A MESSAGE AUGUST 8,2014 TO LET ME KNOW THE APPLIANCES WOULD BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY OR TUESDAY BETWEEN 3 AND 7 PM AFTER WAITING ALL DAY MONDAY AND PART OF TUESDAY I RECEIVED A VOICEMAIL INFORMING ME THAT THE DELIVERY WAS AGAIN DELAYED BUT WAS NOT ASSURED OF WHEN IT WOULD BE DELIVEREDDesired Settlement: I WOULD REALLY LOVE TO HAVE MY APPLIANCES DELIVERED ASAP. I REMOVED THE OLD APPLIANCES ON JULY 30,2014, THE NIGHT BEFORE THEY WERE TO BE DELIVERED SO I`VE BEEN USING COOLERS FOR OVER A WEEK. VERY IN CONVENIENT AND MESSY BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU JANTT TRUCKING AND [redacted] FOR YOUR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. YOU SHOULD`NT BE IN BUSINESS

Review: Jantt Trucking has had a shipment in their possession since 8/11/2014 and as of 8/28/2014 is yet to deliver such. I received a voice mail on 8/12/2014 from Jantt that I would receive the shipment on 8/13/2014. My wife took off work to receive the shipment that did not arrive. I called and was told the shipment would arrive on the 19-20th. Again my wife took off work and no shipment arrived. I phoned Jantt on the 20th and was told it would arrive on the 21st. Since my wife and I were to be out of town I arranged for my wife's parents to wait for the shipment. It again did not arrive. Finally I was told the shipment would arrive on the 27th. On that morning the driver called and said he would deliver around 9AM saying he would deliver between 10:40 and 11:00AM. He then called at 12:30 PM saying he was running late and asked for directions (he was 5 minutes away and given specific directions, it was 3 turns from his location) around 4:00PM he called saying he could not find my residence and was on his way back to the terminal and would deliver the next day. On the 28th I called Jantt and spoke with [redacted], a principal with the company, who said her driver could not find my residence (I live in a readily accessible gated golf course community that has existed for 19 years) and my wife's mother was going to meet the driver and lead him to the residence (this is blatantly not correct as she was waiting at the residence, I also checked with the security at the the gate and they had not seen a Jantt truck). I was told then told delivery would be on the 9/3 or 4/2014. I told her that this was unacceptable and I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as the shipper, [redacted] hung up on me.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery.

Review: This company failed to deliver a crib when said they would. Failed to call after it was scheduled to say they were not showing up. Lied on at least 4 separate occasions saying they would be delivering crib. NO CALL, NO SHOW. Repeatedly got lied to by employe[redacted]. Daughter took multiple days off work anticipating the delivery. These people should be ashamed of the way they do business and should be sanctioned. Take a look at the [redacted] reviews. They continue to operate in an unethical manner and we, the consumer, are held hostage because they have our items.
