We have reached out to Mr [redacted] on two occasions by phone leaving a voicemail each time and twice via email (one to each of two different email addresses we have on file) Mr [redacted] did contact us this morning and a positive resolution is in process

I ordered a two quart bowl from this company They sent me an unrelated dis-similar item Then they have not contacted me about the return within the specified business days If there is a problem them the company should provide immediate resolution This company has not

I bought an Oster Blender one year ago with a three year warantee and it has failed. Warrantee says not to bring back to store. After much time talking to a computor, they said they would send me a mailing label so I could mail my blender back to them to be inspected. The bleder burned out and nolonger comes on, that's pretty clear. I never recieved the mailing label and still have a blender that does not work. This is unacceptable acceptable. Please do something that shows you care about your customers.

I dont understand what is going on with this comlany (Oster) No one answers the phones,the promise replacements for useless items and say they will reimburse for shipping charges. I have received e mails from thembut there seems to be no way to get to talk to anyone! How is it possible to do business like this? The outcome is that I am out $100.00 and no way to contact anyone

I would not recommend purchasing any items through this company I have never filled out a customer review; however after the hassle of dealing with this customer over a simple order I felt an obligation to potential consumers After their system went down during my order, I tried to order again It processed, sent and charged both orders I called and explained what happened and they suggested I basically wait by the door to refuse one of the packages (I work so this was not possible) After the packages arrived I filled out their information (along with the long phone conversation to cancel one of the duplicate orders) and tried to send it back Unfortunately there was no way for me to without paying out of pocket for the return fee I called again for a return label I was told it would be e-mailed in about hours A day or two later, nothing I called again and was told they were wrong and it takes about days, so any time now That was business days ago So I called again tonight The customer rep was very rude and explained how disorganized their company and departments are and that it can take longer, she just doesn't know and I'll just have to wait I tried explaining at first only to be interrupted several times and asked her if I could just finish a sentence to explain She was not happy about that and when I finished my sentence she told me it was her turn to talk and not to interrupt her at all, that she had given me a chance to finish and now she had the floor I couldn't believe how the call had been handled She explained she did not know or have any answers and could do nothing I said okay thank you and that was it What a complete waste of time and effort with this purchase!

Maybe I should have reported this as a "scam," but Jarden Consumer Solutions, specifically the Crock-Pot warranty, is a scamThey claim they will fix or replace your defective product with a comparable oneOn the Crock-Pot I bought in June (five months ago --- a nice one, with all features I most wanted: qt, programmable, with a locking leak-proof lid), the stoneware was chipped under the seal and a crack started extending along the inside-after three usesWhen I called about the warranty (thinking they could just send a compatible stoneware insert), they offered me many units they call comparable, but told me to pick which of the feature I wanted: I could get a programmable, qt, non-locking; or a qt, non-locking, manual dial; or a locking lid, qt, manual dialHow is that comparable? It's less than half the value, because I have to give up major features, no matter which one I chooseI cancelled the warranty order within hours (because the store of purchase was willing to let me exchange it free, for the EXACT SAME MODEL I BOUGHT, upon hearing what I was going through), and the incredibly rude Crock-Pot customer service woman ("***") put the order through anyway! It shipped today (after one business day) even though originally the order said it would take days to ship

I bought a FoodSaver, on Nov 2016-On Dec 1I called @ AM to cancel this order and to upgrade.I was told the item was canceled, & my monies would be refunded back to my bank accountabout hours later I received an email stating my Item was being shipped! I called back & was told..." The ithe was never canceled" & to just "REFUSE" it & when they received it back they would refund my bank..They received it on Dec 2016..After days I checked & called my bank and my bank said they could not see any refunds coming back inI called FoodSaver again and was told JCS would take up to billing cycles to refund! I again called my bank and asked.." What do they (JCS) mean by this, Bank said.."We have no idea what they mean", and to call FoodSaver back & ask, I did & again got the runaround,FoodSaver said that JCS had received the item back & would refund..I called on Dec I again called FoodSaver (8th time!) and was treated very rudely..Again I got nowhere! My Wife then called (Dec 31) and again she was told JCS had the item and was in the process of refundingMy wife then informed them that it does not take up to days to refund a DEBT card!..FoodSaver stated it was not up to them but JCS!...I called my bank and was advised to wait until Jan and if @ that time I did not receive a Full Refund, to come in & file with them( my bank) & they would take care of itYes I'm sure in time JCS will refund my bank account!..But as we know as we sell online & have refunded before, it does not take up to days for the customer to receive a refund!
I for one will never buy anything related to JCS! I will look else where or go without!
So IMO if you deal with JCS and something goes wrong, & you're looking for a refund? GOODLUCK!

I received an e-mail from this company with a great offer of buy get one for FREE on a sunbeam filter, so I bought two and expected to receive one for free I just receive my order and it only had filters, so I called and was told I needed to buy and it would have only charged me for two I told them that this was not mentioned in the promotion and not mentioned at any time during the check out processThey had no interest in making this rightI would warn all consumers that they don't honor their advertising, and have in fact created a very misleading e-mail promotion that I believe they never intented to honor

I ordered, and received, a 14 inch Patton fan. When I tried the fan out and it made a clicking sound at high speed and the volume of air movement was not very strong! I contacted JCS and via e-mail I was informed that they were sorry for any inconvenience. I inquired about a return and got nothing. No shipping help so I paid $39.00 to return a defective fan that was not up to Patton standards. E-mail and telephone correspondence was futile! Do not buy from JCS. Never, never never.

Do not buy anything from them. Calling customer service is a joke. I canceled a order twice
with customer service and they can't even access your order to cancel or verify if order was canceled. Company still shipped item 3 days after I cancelled. I refused shipment.

Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM JARDEN CONSUMER SOLUTION. I have tried to order a roaster over directly from this company on their website on Cyber Monday. They cancelled my order TWICE and after spending a hour on their so called support line TWICE, I was told the product should have been taken off their website and is backordered 4-6 weeks so they cancelled my order and will not honor the price when the product is back in stock. SO basically they could not CARE LESS about their customers. DO you really want to buy something from this kind of company? If you do ... good luck!
