Mrs [redacted] did reach out to me When her loan closed with our company, the tax bill had not been generated, and months of estimated taxes were not properly collected at the closing We had tried to work with the new servicer on her mortgage to resolve, but were unsuccessful The taxes have now been paid, and Mrs [redacted] will be receiving a refund from our company for the fees that were charged by the county We appreciate this coming to our attention and the opportunity to make it right!
