Response taken over the phone: We put a patio in for this customer over a full year ago Due to the nature of concrete, there is no guarantee against it cracking I had told the customer this and that we charge for this repair

I have taken care of this consumer

Response taken over the phone: We started the job Due to dispute over scheduling the work, he stopped the project He will not allow us on the property to complete the work He breached the contract, therefor we will be taking him to court

This issue was resolved. I called Louis the business owner and he said he would meet me the next day at 11am. When he did not show, I contacted the local news. They aired the story and contacted him. Louis made a full refund. Thank you.

Phone call- As of today, the business has not paid anything from the judgment.

The work was completed on 5/29/14 by Louie...

P[redacted] and he wrote out the repair on 3/13/15 at 11:40am and did not indicate to me in writing or verbal of any cost . If the proper material was installed like Louie P[redacted] said it would never have cracked. I asked Louie P[redacted] on several occasion through out the work if he was placing rebar in, he said yes on every occasion. I have had another contactor look at it and with a metal detector there is no sign of any rebar. I do not want Louie P[redacted] to do any more work for me for he is untrustworthy, I do however want a full refund of $6000.00 or for Louie P[redacted] to pay a contactor of my choice to completely tear out Louie P[redacted] damaged work and reinstall the walkway the correct way.when I ([redacted])  Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Regards,[redacted]
