Review: This company assured me they could get my house out of foreclosure and advising me to pay nothing to the mortgage company and do accept any settlement offers. I gave them three payments totaling $2,350 thus far and any other fees was suppose to come off the backend. They started the process to turn it around but now it is time to go to court the company and person that was handling my case has disappeared. The fax number has been disconnected and the telephone doesn't have an answering service to leave a message any more and it just rings and then hangs you up. They also aren't at the office any longer.Desired Settlement: I would like all they promised me. My house back in my procession, not having a mortgage and the money that was left from outcome to be able to repair my house.
