We engaged their services to help us get a modification on our mortgage. They took over $3000 and didn't do what they promised they were going to do. They assured us the entire process would take 30 to 90 days for a modification. After 6 months and several emails to them asking what the hold up was - I started to get that eerie feeling I was scammed due to the generic answers I was getting. They told us not to talk to our mortgage company to only talk to them. Everything from them was they were handling the situation and not to worry. Well right now we are in foreclosure due to their scamming ways. Per our mortgage company JAS Legal Network they never talked to our mortgage company, they didn't submit any documents but they were telling us they were. They are cheats and frauds and almost guaranteed us a modification.
