on July 26 I gave [redacted] 3000.00 for a down payment to rewire the apartment he said it would take about 2 weeks that didn't happen on August X XXXX he said that he needed money so I gave him 2500.00 what he asked for still the job not finished every time I asked him what was going on he said that he would be there all next week that didn't happen on September 12 he said that he had to move out of his house and he needed more money so I gave him 1000.00 more. his work looks good but I need him to finish the job so I can rent it PLEASE HELP I am losing rent.thank you [redacted]Desired SettlementI would Just like the job finished to my satisfaction as there is no heat and it's very cold without heatBusiness Response Hi My name is [redacted], I am responding to complaint ( # XXXXXX ).The reason for the delay was due to inspections and because of a mistake made by the State with my electrical license... The mistake caused me to have to stop all electrical work. because according to the State of Mass, my electrical License was expired. It took me a few weeks to get everything straightened out! I have spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] since this complaint and have resolved the issue with them. I have finished the rough in work and they have moved onto doing there part to get this job done. I am sorry for the trouble and time that it took on this job. There was really nothing I could do, I was not going to work without a valid license, even though I new it was a mistake.
