Review: I contracted with this business in October-November of 2013 to tear off and replace half of my roof to match the side which had already been done by my late husband. Upon completion, I discovered there are exposed areas around the dormers where I can see daylight from inside the crawl space. There appears to be plastic covering the opening, but cold air came through in winter. I called to complain and was assured it would be fixed. [redacted] came out to look at the roof and assured me it would be done after Thanksgiving. When they did not return, I had two family members call to complain and demand that the gaps be covered. To date, no one has returned calls or returned to fix the problem. In addition, I am generally dissatisfied that they used the wrong shingles to cap it off and the shingles are curling and look terrible from the street.Desired Settlement: At a minimum, I would like them to cover any openings in the roof to my satisfaction and using industry roofing standards so the initial mistake is not visible from the street.Ideally, I would like them to replace the shingles used to cap it off with the proper shingles so there is no curling.
