We paid for service and have not had a pick up in and a half weeks, we can't reach anyone by the phone number, it just rings

I am a new customer w/ this company Out of the weeks I have been with them the have missed four pick-ups It has now been weeks since anyone picked up my garbage I have left messages with them via their website and their phone and no one has gotten back to me Very poor customer service and very poor garbage piservice

The service they offer is worthlessI like allot my neighbors have paid andir has been weeks without anyone picking up our trashWhen calling the company at first there was no answer, now there is just a busy tone
