Jason's Handyman Servivce

Jason's Handyman Services and [redacted] did not return to complete services. Agreed to pay back overages and provide receipt and has not.On August 12, 2015, [redacted] provided a verbal estimate to complete backyard work. His initial charge was $225-$250.00. He came to my home on 8/17/2015 to complete the work and changed his verbal estimate to $270.00 and told me that he had to go to the dump and he paid an additional $11.00. Consumer paid a total of $280.00 to [redacted] in cash. He was paid in advance for a half an hour for services not rendered. Consume did not have change, so he was paid in full. [redacted] failed to contact consumer after she paid him to set up a definitive time to complete services. Therefore, [redacted] owes this consumer $44.00 and a receipt. He reassured consumer twice via text to pay $44.00 and provide a receipt, however, neither have happened. Desired SettlementI would like a refund of $44.00 and a receipt for $236.00 for services provided. I do not want any contact from company or [redacted]. If he approaches my property or is near my property, I will dial 911.
