Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
That day I had no pain medications and I told her she was putting it on very thin. I believe she did not make enough dye for my hair, she was scrapping the bottom of the bowl. One day I had called her out of all my appointments: And asked If I could be min late. I never made her bend over backwards. Also I really do not care for it when people "LYE"! The text messages I have saved them all and can print them out and provide them to you per my attorney. There is the fact she short changed me $20.00! Besides me giving her over $in American Girls things plus the tip. She still shorted me! Color $(this was refunded) Hair cut $(which my hair was very un-even per my knew stylist she stated it looked like a "hack job". I told her the first time I seen her , "please do not use razors on my hair". Stylists tell me that is hair cutting 101, and she also was aware of it because she laughed when she did it. There was a $tip. The check was for $84.00. This only adds to $64.00. She still owes me $20.00. If I need to go through an attorney all I will have them reverse my legal fees. I do no t believe it is fair to over charge people, especially if you are not going to stand up for what you did.
Regards,

I have read the complaint submitted on 3/6/16 from [redacted]. In December I did indeed do her hair. When she came in I did notice that she was sweating profusely. I did know that she was in pain due to a recent surgery, knowing that the color was not going to cover as well, I should have told...

her that I could not do the service. I knew that she did have pictures coming up and I did not want to cause her more stress trying to explain that color does not cover well on wet hair. So, I put the color on a bit heavier and under the dryer longer. Heat sets the color better. When we were done I checked the color and it looked as though it had took. I take pride in my work and would not let someone leave not done right. In the complaint she stated that she came back and gave me some American Girl merchandise, that was true and I did very much appreciate that. It was approximately 10 to 11 days later. I was working on a client when the owner [redacted] came to me and said," [redacted] would like to speak with you'. I excused myself and went to the front. Another co worker [redacted] was sitting at the front desk along with a lobby of customers. It was the holidays and we are very busy. When I approached the front [redacted] went about pulling her hair back saying, " look at this, just look.' She was loud and continued telling me that she was embarrassed and her family asked why she did not have her hair done, for the pictures. I was taken back due to being so may days since I had saw her. I tried explaining that due to her sweating the color did not take as well. Which she said that the sweat was due to her medication. I understood that. I did offer to get her in the next day or two, which she said no that she knew I was busy. After she left and I had a chance to gather my thoughts and my coworker looking at me and saying.' What was that all about." Also. having the lobby full of clients looking at me, I was embarrassed and also upset. I felt that [redacted] could have pulled me aside and we could have talked one on one. Once I gathered my thoughts I realized that I do Not have to be treated like that. I had bent backwards for her in the past dealing with her being late and or not showing up for appointments. I text her requesting her address letting her know that I would like her address, so I could refund her money and that I would take her off my book for her January 13 appointment. She then replied, '" that I didn't need to refund her money she just wanted me to redo it the following time. At that time I made my decision that I did not need to have a client like [redacted]. I have been doing hair too long to keep someone like her. Just for the fact how disrespectful she was to me. Come January 12th I left a check for $45, let [redacted] know that if [redacted] did come the next day for her appointment that she should giver her the envelope. At one point [redacted] did text asking me when her next apt was, she said her cat spilled water on it. I did not reply, hoping she realized our business relationship was over. Well, she came and [redacted] was in the back room preparing color for her client. [redacted] was also present working on her client. [redacted] had no idea of what happened between [redacted] and myself.[redacted] came in [redacted] went to the front and handed her the envelope that I had left, letting her know I was not in. As, I was told she opened it and got a bit upset stating that she was going to refer her friends to me and she was going to call them and tell them not to come to me. Then asked [redacted] if she could get her in. [redacted], said no she was already busy. Now on the complaint [redacted] goes on about how both [redacted] and [redacted] were laughing at her. I was not here to witness this, but knowing the both of them for 15 plus years I know that is a false statement. Especially when [redacted] herself suffers from arthritis causing her to go from full time to part time. Also, [redacted] added that I used a razor in her bangs, this is how I always do bangs and I did forget that she did not like that technique, I apologized. As for over charging her if I did it was not on purpose and I would have to follow up with my bank and get a copy. If there are questions regarding [redacted] and [redacted]s number is [redacted] and [redacted]s is [redacted] Thank you for bringing this up to my attention, any following questions can be referred to me my number is [redacted].
