Yesterday, 3/9/Myself, Latoya, York Guest Services Associate Kim, York Manager Horace and Guest Services Manager Amy were in constant communication with each other regarding this matterAfter the customer stopped in at the York Store, the store Manager did call the customer and let him know that
we were working on locating the correct parts to repair his love seat (which needs motorized mechanism). *** did issued a full replacement on the damaged love seat and unfortunately, the set that includes that love seat has been discontinuedAnd *** does not replace furniture that is not damagedSo, given the damage being mechanism related, our Customer Care Department called to look into getting a new mechanism (which is the damaged part on the love seat) last nightWe received word that we can order the damaged piece and were in contact with *** - and in fact the parts needed are a motor and a switch - we are able to order the motors and switch button *** is cancelling the full replacement (since it is not possible) and submitting to us the parts replacement paperwork needed to repair the defective mechanism and the customer can keep his matching set.Customer has been called this morning and been filled in as to what is being doneWe have let him know that the parts are being Direct Shipped to the customerWe explained the *** process and tech schedulingCustomer will call Ashley Homestore Customer Care Department once the parts arrive and we will help schedule a tech to fix his love seat.Elaina *P***Customer Care - Ashley HomestoreHarrisburg / Mechanicsburg / York

[redacted], did purchase a protection plan through [redacted] will be reaching out to [redacted] and addressing her concerns.  [redacted] does currently have an open claim with [redacted] and has received parts for her chaise.  I have contacted one of the supervisors at [redacted], on behalf of [redacted].  They will be contacting her and have her open another claim to address the other issues she mentioned in her complaint.  I have also left a message with [redacted] letting her know that the protection plan company, [redacted],  will be contacting her about the above mentioned issues. I have taken the 1st steps in trying to resolve this issue. I am having [redacted] forward me the photos that were submitted by the customer who filed this Revdex.com complaint. They are also including their findings on the claim and reasoning behind the denial of he claim. I am also sending this...

information to another person within our company for an additional option we might have for the customer.
