.the service fee that she paid is a requirement for the warranty company that she has a contract with its stated that upon arrival she pays the fee *** had written negative things
on a *** page which had gotten some attention from the warranty company when trying to get authority to replace the water heater had to be authorized through a different channel than normal....my hours are til pm mon through Friday so I diagnosed the with the failure water heater also I was late on this day by mins however I called to let them knowafter letting them know when I receive the heater I will install it plus the non covered items which she will need.Saturday I called to set up for the installation and had to cancel ....but got no answer I replied to the message she sent me right after but she say my services were not needed I offered to return the service fee to her for the inconvenience however its not hers its a fee thats required upon each visit by whomever that comes out by *** ***So with this I end I didnt deserve the negative comment she made against my company ....by the way I also diagnosed her heating system when I was there as a curtosy for my tardiness

This customers complaint is with the warranty company not Jay Jay mechanical because I contract with *** *** *** *** I am required to perform a diagnosis of what was the failure to the system and what would it take to put the system back on line .in his case his clearly
had issues before he signed up with the warranty company and made a claim we do not make fraudulent claims or reports in favor of anyone .I spoke to this person and explained to him the reasons why but he was not satisfied with outcome because it was not in his favor I informed the warranty company and they reached out to him and gave him an explanation also he has a full report and he has a copy of his agreement with the warranty company of the rules to but again he still insists he has to contact me

The money that was paid out was a deductible  for the warranty company which is outlined in his agreement with the warranty company  .So he paid for that which  was required at the time of service. I have a contract with [redacted] services to do the work not [redacted] I provided a report to him and the warranty company  and they made the decision. Honeywell will not tell you or encourage you to wire a thermostat in the manor which he wants because it was not entended for that purpose it will damage the device  which it was ...

I am rejecting this response because: As I indicated before, Jay Jay Mechanical is the company that I paid $100 dollars to and I would expect honest service in exchange for the $100 that I paid.  I'm not sure how Jay Jay Mechanical can feel that they can support their incorrect diagnosis when [redacted] Installation, Honeywell, and the contractor that repaired the system all say that Jay Jay mechanical did not troubleshoot correctly.  And the proof is that the unit is now working like new and nothing that Jay Jay Mechanical put on their report was the cause of the malfunction.  And it stands to reason seeing that the system worked fine for 6 years.  Jay Jay Mechanical should have informed me that they were not experienced in the workings of my system instead of just putting together a false report in order to get paid by my warranty company.  If Jay Jay Mechanical refuses to do the right thing and admit that they failed to provide an expert diagnosis and return my money,  I'll attempt to recover my $100 in a small claims court.

I am rejecting this response because:  ".in his case his clearly had issues before he signed up with the warranty company and made a claim  we do not make fraudulent claims or reports in favor of anyone"  Jay Jay Mechanical has not provided any proof that there were issues prior to me signing up with my warranty company.  I, on the other hand, contacted the installer of the system and the manufacturer of the thermostat and both confirmed that Jay Jay Mechanical was incorrect in their diagnosis.  Furthermore, I since had the unit repaired and have documentation that the issue was not even remotely close to Jay Jay Mechanical's diagnosis.  This indicates that Jay Jay Mechanical failed to provide me, as a representative of my warranty company, a knowledgeable and expert evaluation of the issue with my system.  Jay Jay Mechanical took $100 from me and did not provide me an accurate report as to the issues with my system.  They are clearly not experts in the workings of my system and I feel that all they did was provide incorrect information to my warranty company.  Preparing inaccurate diagnosis's to warranty companies in order that the warranty company can deny paying for a covered system failure is what seems to be the fraudulent practice.

Review: I have been without hot water for a week now. I have spent days getting the run around from Kantrell. He came into my home charged me a $75 service fee told me he would fix our hot water heater. Day after day I got the run around and then he finally stopped answering his phone. He arrived late the first day and then never arrived when he said he would for the next 4 days. He even saw that I have a severely disabled 4 year old and still have no problem taking off with my money and doing no repairs. This man is a con artist and should not be trusted. I honestly don't know how he sleeps at night.Desired Settlement: I want him to be held accountable for taking my money and never returning to do the job.

DO NOT use this company....schedule appointment a week ago, they did not show up and did NOT have the courtesy to call and will not answer my calls. Very unprofessional and poor service.
