[redacted] ***, January Winter Storm4Seasons Lawn Care received a message from Mr [redacted] a day before the storm wanting to know if we could add him to our snow routes as they weren't a "regular listed customer" alreadyWe added [redacted] locations to our snow removal lists the day before the storm startedThe customer was added in a very prompt matter to provide the customer service we offer here at 4Seasons Lawn CareDuring snow or any other type of work performed here at 4Seasons, detailed work logs are kept by our drivers/workers to provide dates, times, locations and the services performed.Here is a detailed list of times that the properties were plowed, shoveled and chemical placed:Church sidewalks/walks/entrances/etc shovled: January 22, starting at 12:pm and ending at 12:pm [redacted] sidewalks/walks/entrances shoveled: January 22, starting at 12:pm and ending at 12:pmChurch parking lot plowed (by Patrick Rakestraw, owner of 4Seasons Lawn Care): January 22, starting at 12:pm and ending at 1:pm [redacted] parking lot plowed: January 22, starting at 8:pm ending at 9:pmChurch parking lot plowed: January 22, starting at 11:pm to 12:am (January 23, 2016)aShoveled at Church: January starting at 11:pm and ending at 12:am (January 23, 2016), the driver had someone with him at the time of plowingAll sidewalks/walks/entrances/etc were shoveled during this [redacted] parking lot plowed: January 24, starting at 8:pm and ending at 8:pm (at this time our driver who has been with the company for over years spoke to Mr [redacted] who did NOT express any of the concerns or complaints listed in the complaint issued to the Revdex.com) aChemical applied to parking lot/walks: January 24, starting at 8:pm and ending at 8:pm, lbs used (bags at lbs) for lot and walksChurch parking lot plowed: January 24, starting at 9:pm and ending at 10:pmaShoveled at Church: January 24, starting at 10:and ending at 11:pm, again driver had someone with him at the time of plowingAll sidewalks/walks/etc were shoveled during this timebChemical applied to parking lot/walks: January 24, starting at 10:pm and ending at 11:pm, lbs used (bags at lbs each) for lot and walksAs noted above the lots were plowed, properties were shoveled and chemicals were applied on several occasionsAs Mr [redacted] stated he did call about the lotsAny time that a call was received from him a return call was made and the lots were promptly checked by MrRakestraw or someone close by the locations On one occasion Mr [redacted] complained that he could not get into his lotsWhen the complaint was handled the lots were plowed but the entrances were blocked from where the town of [redacted] had plowed the roadways We would like to note that we have a customer who's driveway goes through [redacted] Church parking lot, they also are a snow removal customerIn order for this customer to get to their house the parking lot at the church must be plowed in some manner to that she can get home., This particular customer came into the office after the first storm thanking us and letting us know that we did a very good job for them during the snow removals.4Seasons Lawn Care of the NRV is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best customer care we can provideNone of the complaints appearing here were expressed in the manner they were to the Revdex.comMr [redacted] did request that the snow removal contract be canceled and per his request we did cancel the contract for snow removal for [redacted] locations.Best Regards,Patrick RakestrawOwner, 4Seasons Lawn Care
