We recently had both an Advanced AC tune up on a 12 year old unit, and a replacement of a unit with Jaycox. We were happy with the entire process. (I have a really long [redacted] review that has more details). Its enough to say, I have HVAC experience from the service and have had dealings with a number of HVAC companies and this was the first I was impressed with. If you need service in there service area, I really do suggest giving them a try.

This company is honest and reliable and a pleasure to do business with. They do not over price their services

My family and I have used Jaycox for many years. [redacted] was out today and he explained everything he did as he serviced my air-conditioning unit. I asked him how his firm ensured that unnecessary work was not being done. He said that unlike some competitors, his firm paid employees a salary and not a commission. He noted that some firms would offer a commission that would escalate from say 17 percent to 25 percent as the commissioned employee's sales escalated. He also noted that his firm served large retirement communities and that these customers used word-of-mouth that could either make or break a business (and he noted that his firm had many customers that had been with them for decades). All in all, I have had a good experience with Jaycox and this service person and highly recommend them.
