Review: I was using Jaydien Networking whenever I had networking issues. They sold me on an offsite backup called Crashplan & I was set up on auto renewal. They sent me a receipt out of the blue for this service & when I requested a refund & cancellation - they denied this because they told me I was required to give them 30 days notice. Not anywhere in the payment set up on 7/31/13 does it say that there is 30 days cancellation required. ALSO - they are keeping a credit card on file that they are not authorized to use. They were supposed to charge my [redacted] & they charged a visa.

I have stopped using this company as of December 2013 for all of IT needs because they SEVERLY overcharged me for a wipe & reload on a corrupt computer (which then became completely unable to use less than 30 days after they performed this service). So I politely just stopped using them for any of my IT needs because I did not want to get into a fight over this...it was don, over & I just wanted to move on.

Now - I get charged on an incorrect card that they DID NOT have authorization to use, but they are also telling me that their terms are 30 day notice to cancel any auto pay service & they did not have those terms & conditions listed anywhere at all on their invoice, OR any communication from me regarding this service.

I want a refund of my $106.99 & I NEVER want to do business with this company ever again. They are overpriced & based on the service I've gotten, I'm not happy at all with anything they've done.Desired Settlement: I want the $106.99 they charged to an unauthorized card returned immediately & I also want them to start 100% putting their terms & conditions on all of their contracts with their clients going forward (even if it's not me) - it is not fair for this company to put customers on auto pay service & demand a 30 day notice when there is absolutely NO communication about that being their terms.
