Jay's African Hair Braiding

I entered Jay's 30 minutes late from my appointment.I asked for kinky twists, which she charged 150$,&told me that I had the wrong kind of hair for that service.I did not have a car so we went in her car to a local hair supply store to exchange the hair.In the car Ms.[redacted] was texting while driving then shoved her phone at me &told me to send text messages on her behalf. After we returned she began cutting the hair to which I told her that I wanted long hair.She said the longer length would add 50$ to the previous price.I agreed to the last minute markup &she began doing my hair around 3pm.While doing my hair she took long phone calls which involved heated arguments then shoved her ipad in my lap &told me to text certain messages to someone on facebook about an interview. Since she cut some of the hair Ms. [redacted] informed me that she would need 2 more packs of hair to complete the kinky twists. I gave her 20$ &she drove off to get more hair. When she returned at 8pm she had the 2 packs of hair &a bucket of KFC. She did not give me my change. She stopped doing my hair to eat the KFC. After she was done she undid the top of her pants &walked around the store with her stomach hanging out. Finally she started doing my hair again but was distracted because she was texting on her cell phone. I asked how much longer she will be to finish my hair &she asked me if I had somewhere to be. I told her no, but I did not want to remain in the store all night. Ms. [redacted] then went on to sass me for being late and told me because I wanted the hair to be longer it would take more time to complete. As she was doing my hair she was not twisting it all the way to the end so I did myself. Soon I grew tired of doing my own hair as I was paying her to do it so I asked her to twist it to the end. She said that I already started so I can finish it. Upset with her response I decided to leave, only half of my hair was finished and she demanded I pay the full 200 dollars.Product_Or_Service: Hair Braiding ServicesDesired SettlementI want a fuuuuuullll refund due to the crappy customer service.
