first of all the car is not [redacted] car I think its her sons car I spoke to [redacted] on the phone after she complainted to the radio station where she heard the ad and she did not listen to it correctly with that being said I called her and told her I would take care of her sons problem by the way there is now problem with the remote start it works fine the sons problem is he wants to activate his factory alarm system I thought we could that but it turns out that its inpossiable to be done the factory alarm system only works with the factory remote not my aftermarket remote so the son thinks it was a good idea to come to my store and start cussing at my people (very professional ) hes screaming not a good thing to do when im trying to help you anyway I offer him a free aftermarket alarm system that will work all on one remote that's a great deal for what he paid ive been around for years and have a great Revdex.com record all he has to done is call me and be respectable and I will be glad to put the alarm system in his car for free to solve his concerns thank you gene p [redacted] complaining to everbody is not always the answer a simply call back from u and this would have been resoved a long time ago

the husband was here and we help him out with no problems the remote start worked fine and nobody was nasty to them  if I remember correctly I spoke to her on the phone and she starting to rip my head off and im the owner she was not polite to me at all anyway the system works fine and the...

husband was told what the daughter will need to make it go for the blocks of distance she needs  in the mean time if she has any question I would be glad to help her thank you gene

This company solicits their business by using a company that can reach hundreds of people at a reasonable price but, after you buy "their" great deal, they add on additional charges. It took a month to schedule the service which they said would take 2 to 4 hours to complete and 8 and half hours later they never call to day my vehicle was ready. So after I call them, they demand my credit card for their "hidden charges" and tell me my car is ready they are leaving and will leave the keys on the car! !!!!!!

Review: Failure to inform that their product will not perform described function with factory installed alarm. Failure to then remove their product and refund payment.Desired Settlement: Either refund for full payment or or have the product function as advertised.

Review: Put viper in my car was supposed to reach 2000ft. It doesn't even work when my car is parked on the street. I brought back they said they fixed but NO change. The people were rude , nasty and not helpful. I Would NEVER refer them. They just robbed my money !Desired Settlement: Auto start would work ! Or my money back so I can bring it somewhere else
