Review: Replaced back window that has continued to leak. They came back twice but never resolved the problem. After that, they would make appointments to come out and never show up or call. When I called the office I would get continued delaying tactics, excuses and promises. Now my headliner is starting to come down around the leak. They say,"They don't do that." I say they're responsible. But I have ceased calling for the time being because I want no more lies or unkept appointments. I would appreciate anything you can do. Most of all, to keep others from the disaster this has been for me dealing with these people. I have reported them to my Auto Ins.Company. I paid them $350.00 to fix it and and it wasn't done properly and consequently now the damage is worse. It needs to be fixed properly or my money refunded. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund of $350.00 OR Proper replacement with headliner repair--gratis.
