Miserable company to deal with. Good luck getting anyone to answer or help in customer service. SSA needs to find another prepaid card company that will value customers. Can you imagine how much money flows though "comerica"/ usdirectexpress and they treat you worse then a dead dog.
I have a Direct Express debit card, used for SS payments. The card has been hacked twice in one year. First time, I had to get money back from merchants, myself. The "fraud unit" is worthless.
Second time, Dec 2017, I caught a provisional payment, advised Direct Express that the charge was fraudulent, and about ten days later, Direct Express allowed the charge to go through. I made contact with an advocacy person,
