The facts stated by JC-Air Heating and Cooling in his response are factually incorrect. First of all, JC-Air installed my AC in November of 2012 and not August as indicated. Since the installation was done close to Winter, I was not able to test it out until the Summer of 2013. I found out then that my newly installed AC was blowing hot air. That was when I immediately reached out to JC-Air to let him know that my AC was not working properly. He came to my house to resolve the issue after which my AC only worked for 3 weeks. I reached out to [redacted] (JC-Air) again to let him know what was going on. He promised to come take a look at it again and never did. I called him several times and sent him several emails which I have copies of. He kept on deliberately avoiding me until I called from a different number. Since he did not expect it to be me, he answered the phone immediately and was obviously surprised when it turned out to be me. He said he was going to come service my AC as soon as the weather got better. As expected, I never heard back from him again even when the weather got better. I called and emailed him persistently until he answered his phone and gave me some story about being involved in an accident. After literally pleading with him that I was getting married on Thursday, July [redacted] and was going to have family staying over at my house and as such needed my AC to be in working condition, he promised to try his best to come to my house on either Tuesday July [redacted] or Wednesday July [redacted] to fix my AC. I asked him repeatedly to give me a specific day and a time that he would be coming over to my house but as always he refused to commit to a day and time. I therefore made him aware that I was going to be very busy running errands because of my upcoming nuptials. I requested that he gave me at least a 2 hour notice before he showed up and I have the text message to prove that. He never did that but instead called me 30 - 35 minutes before he arrived at my home. I told him that I was out running errands as I had said I would and would try and get back home as soon as possible. I turned around immediately and headed back home. Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic that day and it took me longer to get home than I had expected. He had a very bad attitude and left before I got home. My attempts to reach him again since has been futile. JC-Air has always been aware that my AC which he installed has never worked like it is supposed to for more than 3 weeks. As a customer, this has been a very frustrating and nightmarish experience especially given the very hot and humid conditions that we faced last summer and will be potentially facing this summer as well. This is not acceptable customer service at all. Even though I am very upset and frustrated, I would prefer an amicable solution to this problem rather than a long drawn-out legal battle. In this respect, all I am requesting as a customer who spent a lot of hard earned money with this business establishment (JC-Air Heating and Cooling) is for him to give me a day and time to come over to my house and resolve the AC problem to make sure that it is working like it is supposed to.

Review: I had JC-Air Heating and Cooling install a brand new 4-zone Fujitsu ductless A/C system at my residence over a year ago. Unfortunately the system has never worked like it is supposed to. The wall-mounted units blow hot air instead of cold air and I reached out to [redacted] of the company) over a year ago to notify him about it and get him to come service the system. He keeps telling me stories and avoiding my phone calls. After persistently calling him from different phone numbers, he eventually answered the phone not knowing it was me. Once he realized that it was me and he had been busted, he promised to come fix the issue today 1/*/2014. I told him that I was getting married in 2 days and as such will be running errands most of the day today so he should at least give a 2 hour notice before he shows up. Instead he calls me 30 minutes before he is about to show up. I explained to him that I was out running errands and could be home in about 45 minutes. I stopped all I was doing and headed back home. Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic and I didn't get home until about an hour later. To my surprise he had left and all efforts to reach him has been futile. This is very poor customer service and highly acceptable. I paid [redacted] a lot of money to have the brand new ductless A/C system installed in my house and have never been able to enjoy it because it has never worked like it is supposed to. To compound the problem, I am getting married in a couple of days and I have family members staying over at my house. The weather has been extremely hot and humid and I do not even know how we are going to cope with no A/C. This has been a nightmare and a very frustrating experience and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to come service my A/C to make sure that it works the way it is supposed to. I am starting to have a feeling that the A/C system was not properly installed hence its inability to function properly.
