Review: I purchased 6 hours of cleaning services from this company through a 3rd party promotion site ([redacted]). After one appointment, they have failed to return over 4 phone calls and have not responded to 2 customer service emails and 2 additional cleaning appointment requests. they have not responded whether they intend to come for the appointment, which leaves me waiting on the proposed day without any contact. Additionally, their service provided at the first cleaning was unsatisfactory. The kitchen and bathroom floors were not cleaned, many debris remained. There was nothing in the [redacted] offer that excluded these surfaces, or other areas they told us were not covered (shower and bathtub in one room). I simply want the cleaning hours that I have paid for, and want a satisfactory cleaning as promised in their offer.Desired Settlement: I want the service appointments honored, someone to contact me, and some retribution for the fact that I paid them $20 for the shower cleaning, when the rest of the job was done unsatisfactorily.

Review: I purchased five 2 hour cleaning sessions via [redacted] and received two of the sessions. Despite repeated on-line scheduling attempts, phone calls and emails to the business, and contact with [redacted], I have been unable to schedule the remaining three sessions.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would prefer to be reimbursed for the unused services, since it seems clear they don't want to do the work. I paid $210 for five 2-hour sessions and received two, so my value on the unused sessions is $126.

Review: I purchased a package of 3 housecleaning visits from JC Cleaning. They came one time. I have sent 5 requests for additional dates through their system since March 8th. I received acknowledgements that my requests were received however I have never heard back from the company. In two of my emailed requests I made them aware of all of my attempts to schedule with no response from them. On June 3, 2013 I made a 6th attempt and called the company. I left a detailed message but still have not receieved a call back.Desired Settlement: I would like the last two cleanings scheduled/honored asap.
