Review: Hello, I brought my to JC French Cleaners II on Friday July [redacted], 2014 to have it cleaned. When I picked it up on Monday guy [redacted], they gave it back with a stain on the back that was not there when I gave it to them. They took it back to try to clean again. They said come back tomorrow. On Tuesday when I entered the store, they could not find it, and then told me 5 minutes later it was not ready, and to return the next day. Today Wednesday July [redacted], when I returned, the stain was not removed, and burn crease had made on the back in addition. When I asked the woman [redacted] who worked the front counter to speak with the [redacted], she refused to give me any information other than his first name, and said he never comes into the store, and is on vacation for most of the summer.

The value of the shirt is $70. I spent $4 to have it cleaned. No method of compensation or resolution was agreed upon.Desired Settlement: I would like them to compensate me for the loss of the shirt.

It is a white Kuhl Wunderer Shirt, purchased from REI. Here is a link: [redacted] I purchased it from REI on june [redacted]…Brought in less than one month.
